In pacificstudio.es We do not use user registration systems or complex online stores. The only personal data we collect is that which you provide to us entirely voluntarily.
Through the Contact Form: We collect your name, your email address, and the message or project details you send us.
Through direct channels (such as WhatsApp): If you choose to click our quick contact button, the data you share is governed by the privacy policy of that platform, and is used exclusively to maintain direct communication with you regarding your quote or inquiry.
3. For what purpose do we process your data?
The personal data you provide to us through the website is used solely and exclusively for:
Manage your request: Answer your questions, queries or quotes about web design, branding or audiovisual content production.
Business relationship: If you decide to hire our services, we will use your data for the formal execution of the professional assignment and the corresponding billing.
We do not use your data for automated profiling, nor to transfer, sell or exchange it with third-party companies for commercial or advertising purposes.

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent which you provide by checking the box accepting our privacy policy before submitting any form, as well as the execution of pre-contractual measures when you request a customized quote from us.
5. How long do we keep your data?
If you write to us for an inquiry that does not lead to a contract, your data will be deleted after a reasonable period of commercial follow-up (maximum 12 months).
If you contract the services of Pacific Studio, the tax and billing data will be kept for the periods legally required by Spanish tax regulations (usually 4 or 5 years).
